Biography
CHLOE E. GARGIULO joined Sneider Kellman, PC in 2019. She has experience working in all areas of domestic relations, including alimony, asset division, custody, child support, contempt actions, DCF involvement, guardian ad litem investigations, modification actions, pre-nuptial agreements, removal, and parenting plans, as well as in matters ranging from negotiation to motion practice to alternative dispute resolution to trial. Chloe brings both her professional experience and compassion to bear to help clients navigate the court process and find solutions that work for them and their families, but also passionately advocates for her client's interests when litigation is necessary.
Chloe received her J.D. from Boston College Law School after attending Duke University where she received her B.A. in Slavic and Eurasian Studies. While in law school, she interned at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (UN ICTY) in The Hague, Netherlands prosecuting war crimes committed during the Balkan conflicts of the 1990s.
Chloe is a member of the Boston Bar Association and the Women's Bar Association, as well as the Women's Bar Foundation Family Law Project which focuses on providing representation to victims of domestic violence.
